Interrupting the Cycle of Violence Against Women Through Targeted Approaches: The We Care Initiative

This funding opportunity, led by the National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR) and other NIH Institutes, Centers, and Offices (ICOs), seeks to support research that expands the evidence base for approaches addressing the context of people’s lives and living conditions to prevent, treat, and eliminate violence against women (VAW), ultimately improving health outcomes. Projects may employ a range of research designs and methods designed to interrupt the cycle of violence against women through targeted interventions.
